Producer

Presently we have 2 family farms, one in Smithfield, VA and the other in Alderson, WV. We specialize in Alliums with our GARLIC GOURMET offerings (garlic, leeks, elephant garlic, onions...). We also grow peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, turnips, squash and other summer veggies.

We believe in hearty, healthy natural foods, grown the traditional old fashion way. Our vegetables are non-certified organic. No chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or GMO inputs are used. We enrich our garden soils with composted horse stall litter and other composted organic materials such as dead leaves, grass clippings, hay and straw. We use wood ashes for additional minerals.
